Who we are
This page is operated by Euphonic Trading Pvt Ltd, 307 Creative Industrial Estate, Sitaram Mill Compound, N.M. Joshi Marg, Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400011. We are an authorised Sennheiser dealer in India. This is not an official Sennheiser website.
What we collect
Only what the enquiry form asks for: your name, mobile number, city and PIN code, and when you are looking to buy. We also record which button on the page you used and the product code of the item you enquired about, so the right person calls you about the right product. Your email address is optional — we ask for it only so we can send you a confirmation of your enquiry, and we do not add it to any mailing list.
Our analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and similar) collect standard, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate region.
Why we collect it
To call or message you about the Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar | Max enquiry you submitted, to confirm pricing, stock and delivery, and to measure which advertisements bring genuine enquiries. We do not use your details for any unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry stays with Euphonic Trading Pvt Ltd so we can respond to you, and reaches only the service providers that run this site (hosting, email delivery and spreadsheet storage). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not pass it to Sennheiser or any other third party.
After you submit the form we offer a WhatsApp link with your enquiry pre-written. If you choose to send it, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can service warranty and follow-up questions, after which they are deleted unless you have become a customer and a longer statutory retention period applies.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the page will still work.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to sales@euphonic.in or call +91 85912 30974 and we will action it within 30 days.
